Looking for a certified trainer who will give you ongoing motivation and support?

Personal Training is in some respects similar to our orientations, however; a personal training session will be much more intimate and motivational. A personal training session will afford the personal trainer a chance to change the member’s program on a per session basis, increasing the efficiency of a workout routine. Our personal trainers are required to maintain a certification through a nationally recognized organization, which includes a current CPR and first aid certification. Our personal training program emphasizes practical and intellectual competency among our trainers, as well as client satisfaction and confidentiality. Kinetix personal trainers see themselves as fitness professionals, and understand that they have a moral and professional responsibility to prepare themselves to give quality programs and instruction to their clients.

Fee Schedule 

Example: 4 Sessions for one hour
($60.00 x 4 Sessions = $240.00)

  • One Hour (Single Session) = $60.00
  • Half Hour (Single Session) = $30.00

*Non Members (buying less than 20 sessions) – Add a $10 Guest Fee to each Personal Training Session.

(Bulk form must be filled out)
12 or more Bulk Sessions paid in full:

  • One Hour = $50.00 ($50.00 x 12 Sessions = $600.00)
  • Half Hour = $25.00 ($25.00 X 12 Sessions = $300.00)

* Non Members (Buying 20 or more sessions) – Add a $7.00 Guest Fee to each Personal Training Session.
